Words cannot begin to describe the gratitude we have that Emily was granted this wish trip to Disneyworld in April 2013.
The entire process brought us closer together as a family. Meeting at the wish castle, talking about how much fun we would have, learning about Give Kids the World Village, planning a special breakfast for Emily so she could meet Pooh, riding in a limousine to the airport, eating in a real life Gingerbread House and the moment we were riding the Monorail and looked over to catch a glimpse of the famous Cinderella’s Castle in the park.
Our hearts were full and all that mattered during that week was all of us being together with Emily. In the most magical place on Earth.

All of the pictures taken during this week were uploaded to Emily’s iPad so she can look through them anytime she likes. When I catch her looking at them, she has the sweetest little smile on her face.

This was our first time to the Sunshine State. The palm trees, the sunshine, the Florida license plates, the completely different atmosphere. We just soaked it all in.
