Good morning from the East Coast ….. are you ready to make the Intersection Block #5 ???

The Crossroads Quilt Along is moving right along, I can’t believe we’ve been working on our quilts for 5 months now.

Intersection [in-ter-sek-shuh n]: a place where two or more roads meet. Life is a web of intersections …. and not only when we are driving to the fabric store.

Watch Kimberly’s video tutorial and download the pattern to get sewing. For every pattern download, they are only asking for a minimum $5 donation to the March of Dimes fundraiser. A great cause and you get to make something meaningful for your own family.

Hello again and welcome back to one of your stops on the 2016 Crossroads Quilt Along hosted by the Fat Quarter Shop., Joanna Figueroa and the Fat Quarter Shop blogging crew. #teamFQS

Father time doesn’t always allow us to make a quilt in one sitting ….. but working on a few blocks each month is not only fun ….. but allows you to make a quilt in smaller increments.

It’s time to grab your fabric, your alphabitties, a rotary cutter & download your friendship block pattern, right HERE.

The Friendship Blocks are on the sewing table this month and don’t let the look of them scare you …. they aren’t quite as hard as they appear.

We have already made ten total blocks so far can you believe it?

I know it seems like an awful lot of greens and blues so far as we move along further into this project …. the red colorway will start to make an appearance. I can’t wait!

I will be using Cluck Cluck Sew’s - Hazel fabric line for my Crossroads quilt along.

But if it’s a kit you prefer, Fat Quarter Shop put together some with Strawberry Fields Revisted and it is simply precious.

With a few good friend and a stick or two …. a house is built at a corner called Pooh.
